随着当今世界的日益全球化、信息化和商业化,城市的发展产生了巨大变化,城市之间的竞争在不断加剧,体育营销作为营销的一种重要手段在城市发展、城市形象建立等方面发挥了巨大的作用。本文从界定体育营销的概念入手,分析了体育营销在推动城市国际化、建立城市体育形象、培育体育人口、加强城市文化建设等方面所起的重要作用,在此基础上指出了体育营销在我国城市发展中面临的问题,最后对我国城市经济发展中的体育营销提出了对策和建议。
