采用Suzuki耦合反应合成了一种新型的线性双偶极小分子红光有机电致发光材料,即2,7-二噻吩基-9-芴酮(2,7-di(2-thienyl)fluoren-9-one,DTFO),对其结构及电子性能进行了模拟计算,通过各种测试方法表征了其化学结构,并对其光物理性能、热稳定性及成膜性进行了详细表征。实验结果表明,DTFO为线性近平面交替共轭结构;在光致发光谱中,溶液中DTFO发射的峰值波长为616 nm,固态DTFO为618 nm;电致发光光谱显示其发光为峰值波长为570 nm的红光发射。此外,DTFO还具有优良的热稳定性和成膜性。
A novel linear double-dipole red light-emitting organic electroluminescent material was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction, namely 2,7-di (2-thienyl) fluoren- 9-one and DTFO) were used to simulate their structure and electronic properties. Their chemical structures were characterized by various testing methods. Their photophysical properties, thermal stability and film-forming properties were characterized in detail. The experimental results show that DTFO is a linear near-plane alternating conjugate structure. In the photoluminescence spectrum, the peak wavelength of DTFO emission in solution is 616 nm and the solid state DTFO is 618 nm. The electroluminescence spectrum shows that the emission peak is at 570 nm red emission. In addition, DTFO also has excellent thermal stability and film-forming properties.
