经过单因素及正交实验,确定出甘露低聚糖铁配合物的最佳工艺条件是pH9、时间1.5h、氯化铁浓度0.45mol/L、柠檬酸钠浓度0.20mol/L。其中铁含量测定是用邻菲罗啉法检测,并用红外、紫外-可见光扫描确定其结构。
After single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimal conditions of the mannan oligosaccharide iron complex were pH9, time 1.5h, ferric chloride concentration 0.45mol / L and sodium citrate concentration 0.20mol / L. Iron content was determined by orthophenanthroline method and its structure was confirmed by infrared and ultraviolet-visible light scanning.
