目的 用螺旋CT评价不同介入方法治疗兔VX 2肝肿瘤疗效。方法 2 4只兔分为三组 ,单纯灌注化疗7只、化疗性栓塞 8只、生理盐水 9只。分别于介入术前、术后 1周、术后 2周行螺旋CT扫描 ,计算不同介入治疗后肿瘤增长率。结果 单纯灌注化疗、化疗性栓塞、生理盐水治疗后 1周肿瘤平均增长率分别为 90 88%、75 45 %、35 0 96 %。术后 2周肿瘤平均增长率分别为 2 83 49%、2 37 99%、845 43%。结论 化疗性栓塞治疗兔VX 2肝肿瘤疗效优于单纯灌注化疗 ,单纯灌注化疗优于生理盐水。螺旋CT扫描是评价兔VX 2肝肿瘤介入治疗的理想方法
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different interventional methods in the treatment of rabbit VX2 liver tumors with spiral CT. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into three groups: 7 infusion chemotherapy alone, 8 chemotherapy embolization, and 9 saline. Spiral CT scans were performed before interventional surgery, 1 week after surgery, and 2 weeks after surgery, and the tumor growth rate after different interventional treatments was calculated. Results The average tumor growth rate in the first week after single-infusion chemotherapy, chemotherapy embolization, and saline treatment was 90 88%, 75 45%, and 35096%, respectively. The average tumor growth rate was 2 83 49%, 2 37 99%, and 845 43% after 2 weeks. Conclusion The efficacy of chemotherapy embolization in the treatment of rabbit VX2 liver tumors is superior to that of single infusion chemotherapy. Infusion chemotherapy alone is superior to saline. Spiral CT scan is the ideal way to evaluate the interventional treatment of rabbit VX 2 liver tumor
