采用原位聚合法在塑料基体上制备聚吡咯薄膜。通过控制聚合时间来控制薄膜的厚度。研究了不同厚度的聚吡咯薄膜的氨气敏感特性,结果表明随着薄膜厚度的增加,其氨气敏感性能降低。采用了一个基于Langmuirisotherm经典的模型来解释此种现象。
Polypyrrole films were prepared on plastic substrates by in situ polymerization. The thickness of the film is controlled by controlling the polymerization time. Ammonia-sensitive properties of polypyrrole films with different thicknesses were studied. The results showed that the sensitivity of ammonia gas decreased with the increase of film thickness. A model based on the Langmuirisotherm classic is used to explain this phenomenon.
