人力资源管理是当前社会各个企业管理当中非常重要的一项内容。国有企业作为国家科技力量的核心支柱,同样也需要较强的人力资源管理来实现高效管理、正确的运行。人才是国有企业的根本“物资”。为了更好的推动国有企业长远发展,文章详细分析国有企业人力资源管理的激励机制。
Human resource management is a very important part in the management of all kinds of enterprises in the current society. As the core pillar of national science and technology, state-owned enterprises also need strong human resources management to realize efficient management and proper operation. Talent is the fundamental state-owned enterprise “material ”. In order to better promote the long-term development of state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes in detail the incentive mechanism of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.
