本文以延长油田蟠龙采油厂为例,首先介绍了该厂人力资源的基本情况和管理工作中存在的问题,并分析了成因,最后有针对性地提出相应对策:建立健全考勤管理,执行劳动纪律奖惩制度;专业技术人员年度考评应当纳入正常工作计划;制定合理的薪酬分配和奖励制度;应形成一线生产岗位制度;设立专项基金,开展有益的丰富文体活动。
Taking Panlong Oilfield in Yanchang Oilfield as an example, this paper firstly introduces the basic situation of human resources in this plant and some problems in its management, analyzes the causes, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the following aspects: establishing and perfecting attendance management and implementing labor Disciplinary rewards and punishment system; professional and technical personnel should be included in the annual evaluation of the normal work plan; to develop a reasonable remuneration and reward system; should form a production line system; set up a special fund to carry out beneficial enrichment of cultural and sports activities.
