使用新生猪复制新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (Hypoxicischemicbraindamage ,HIBD)模型 ,研究HBO(HyperbaricOxygen ,HBO)对HIBD的治疗作用。取 3 0只 7天仔猪使用改良Levine法复制HIBD模型后 ,随机分为HBO组 (1 6只 )和对照组 (1 4只 ) ,HBO组采用纯氧加压至 1 70kPa ,每天 1次 ,对照组无任何治疗。分别于缺氧缺血(HI)后 1天、7天处死每组各 1半的仔猪 ,观察两组 (1 )仔猪的病死率及神经系统症状 ;(2 )右颈总动脉血注速度VC、AV) ;(3 )动脉血气分析 ;(4 )脑重量。结果显示 ,HBO组病死率及神经症状发生率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。第 1次HBO治疗后 ,HBO组rCAV明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,低氧血症和代谢性酸中毒纠正速度明显快于对照组 ,(P <0 0 5)。HI后 1天和 7天两组脑重量均无显著差异 (P <0 0 5)。因此HBO治疗HIBD具有一定的效果 ,作为一种HIBD的治疗方法 ,以早期应用效果为佳。
Hypoxic ischemic brain injury (HIBD) model was used to study the therapeutic effect of HBO (Hyperbaric Oxygen, HBO) on HIBD. Homo sapiens piglets were randomly divided into HBO group (n = 16) and control group (n = 14). HBO group was pressurized to 170 kPa with pure oxygen once a day, The control group without any treatment. The piglets in each group were sacrificed on day 1 and day 7 after hypoxia-ischemia (HI), respectively. The mortality and neurological symptoms of two groups of piglets (1) were observed. (2) The velocity of right common carotid artery , AV); (3) arterial blood gas analysis; (4) brain weight. The results showed that the incidence of mortality and neurological symptoms in HBO group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). After the first HBO treatment, the rCAV in HBO group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the correct rate of hypoxemia and metabolic acidosis was significantly faster than that of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in brain weight between the two groups on day 1 and day 7 after HI (P <0.05). Therefore HBO treatment of HIBD has a certain effect, as a method of HIBD treatment, the effect of early application is better.
