目的:探讨不同处理方法对黑水缬草种子发芽率的影响。方法:采用不同化学试剂和温水浸种等方法对黑水缬草种子进行常规发芽试验和正交试验,计算不同萌发条件下的种子发芽率。结果:不同化学试剂处理的黑水缬草种子发芽率有较大差异,适当的浸泡时间能提高黑水缬草的种子发芽率,不同的处理时间、不同的处理温度、不同的萌发温度等因素对黑水缬草种子发芽率均会产生影响。结论:为提高黑水缬草种子的发芽率,播种前应对黑水缬草种子进行适当的处理;种子繁育要在适宜的时间和温度等条件下进行。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different treatments on the germination rate of Valeriana officinalis seeds. Methods: Conventional germination tests and orthogonal experiments were conducted on the seeds of Valeriana glauca using different chemical reagents and soaking in warm water. The seed germination rate under different germination conditions was calculated. Results: The germination rates of Valeriana sativa seeds treated with different chemical agents were quite different. The proper soaking time could improve the seed germination rate, different treatment time, different treatment temperature, different germination temperature and other factors The valerian seed germination rate will have an impact. Conclusion: In order to improve the germination rate of Valeriana chinensis var. Vinifera seeds, the seeds of Valeriana chinensis should be treated properly before sowing; the breeding of seeds should be carried out under suitable conditions of time and temperature.
