细节是教师的教育行为与观念价值的统一体,也是研究教师专业修养和教育理念的最佳“分析单元”。我们把细节处理聚焦于幼儿园教师自身行为及教育教学层面,将“关注细节”作为教师专业发展的指示灯,由此进行系统深入的实践。从教育教学、自身礼仪、家园沟通、师幼互动、突发事件处理等作为着眼点,捕捉不同情境中的细节问题,关注教师专业素质的提高,关注新课程的理念是否落实到位。通过分析和研讨各种细节问题中隐藏的深层原因,提高教师巧妙地处理细节的能力,培养严谨的工作态度,从而推动整个师资队伍的专业化发展,为打造优质的教学品质营造良好的教学氛围。
Details are the unity of teachers ’educational behaviors and values, and also the best “unit of analysis” for the study of teachers’ professional and educational concepts. We focus on the details of the kindergarten teacher’s own behavior and education and teaching level, “attention to detail ” as the indicator of the professional development of teachers, which conduct systematic in-depth practice. Focusing on education and teaching, self-rituals, home-based communication, teacher-child interaction, and emergency handling, it captures the details of different situations, pays attention to the improvement of teachers’ professional qualities, and focuses on the idea of a new curriculum. By analyzing and discussing the hidden causes in various details, the teacher’s ability to skillfully handle the details is enhanced and the rigorous working attitude is cultivated so as to promote the professional development of the entire teaching staff and create a good teaching atmosphere for building high-quality teaching quality .
