装载机动臂缸活塞杆由于长度与直径比大于10,使用中经常发生弯曲。从表面上看,是活塞杆抗弯强度不足,但实际上与装载机机架和摇臂结构有直接关系。通过计算和分析,认定活塞杆弯曲的原因是动臂缸两端与机架和动臂连接有倾斜现象,支承宽度过小,说明装配调整间隙不当或者侧面磨损严重,支承宽度应加大;动臂缸下端排料处沉积料积累和动臂缸下端外侧磨损,说明沉积料积累严重,旋转摩擦力较大。
Loader boom cylinder piston rod due to the length to diameter ratio greater than 10, the use of frequent bending. On the face of it, there is not enough flexural strength of the piston rod, but it is in fact directly related to the loader frame and rocker arm structure. Through calculation and analysis, it is found that the reason for the bending of the piston rod is that the both ends of the boom cylinder are tilted with respect to the frame and the boom, and the support width is too small, which indicates that the assembly clearance is improperly adjusted or the side surface is seriously worn and the support width should be increased. The accumulation of sediment material at the bottom of the arm cylinder and the wear of the bottom of the lower end of the boom cylinder indicate that the deposit material accumulates seriously and the rotational friction force is relatively large.
