观察了博莱霉素 (BLM )致肺纤维化大鼠血和支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中透明质酸 (HA)和层粘连蛋白 (LN)含量的动态变化及肺组织病理变化 ,并与正常大鼠对照。结果表明 :(1)血清和BALF中的HA含量制模第 7天时高于(P <0 0 5)及明显高于 (P <0 0 1)正常对照组 ,第 2 8天时 ,开始回落 ;(2 )血清中LN含量在第 7天及第 2 8天时均明显高于 (P <0 0 1)对照组 ;而BALF中LN含量无明显变化 (P >0 0 5) ;(3 )对比肺脏病理变化 ,HA和LN增加先于肺内胶原合成。因此认为HA和LN为反映肺间质纤维化较为敏感的早期指标 ,尤其HA在血清和BALF中早期均增高 ,而肺纤维化期逐渐回落 ,可作为肺纤维化早期肺泡炎阶段的标志物之一
The dynamic changes of hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) in the blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of bleomycin (BLM) -induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats and the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed Compared with normal rats.
