随着新课改的进一步推进,我国城市的课程改革已经取得了有效的进步与发展。现如今,如何促进农村学校的课程改革的飞跃,成为摆在农村一线教师面前的一道难题。在我国农村,由于经济发展水平相对落后,师资力量薄弱,导致许多农村地区新课改推行不到位或者根本无法进行。尤其是英语这门语言学科的改革,在农村初中虽然取得了一定成效,但是想要进一步发展却是难上加难。农村初中英语课堂教学质量差,教师水平低,学生两极分化现象极其严重,严重阻碍了农村初中英语课堂的教学效率,不利于学生英语水平的提高,对于学生未来人生道路的发展也起到了一定的阻碍作用。
