就不同措施对红麻根结线虫的防控作用进行了研究,并从对土壤中根结线虫J2期幼虫和根结两方面防效进行了评价。结果表明,本研究中采取的4种措施对红麻根结线虫均表现出了良好的防控作用和持效性。其中,清除病残+10%噻唑磷GR和清除病残+98%棉隆MG土壤处理表现最好。处理后30 d土壤中根结线虫J2期幼虫防效分别为90.78%和87.69%;120 d其防效分别为65.63%和61.06%;135 d其根结防控效果分别80.89%和77.44%。清除病残+深翻土壤+秸秆还田和清除病残+深翻土壤+秸秆还田+0.5%阿维菌素GR两处理在作物生长前期表现良好,但持效期相对稍短。红麻根结线虫的防控应采取多种措施相结合的综合防控技术。
The prevention and control effects of different measures on root knot nematode were studied, and the control effects of J2 root-knot nematodes on soil were evaluated. The results showed that the four kinds of measures adopted in this research all showed good control effect and persistence on root knot nematode. Among them, removal of sick + 10% thiazole phosphorus GR and removal of sick + 98% cotton soil MG best performance. The control effect of J2 on larvae of root-knot nematode in soil was 90.78% and 87.69% respectively on the 30th day after treatment. The control effect was 65.63% and 61.06% on 120th day respectively, and the control effect of root knot resistance was 80.89% and 77.44% on 135th day respectively. Removal of sick + deep turning of soil + straw and removal of sick + deep turn of soil + straw + 0.5% avermectin GR two crops in the early crop growth performed well, but the duration is relatively short. Kenaf root knot nematode prevention and control should take a variety of measures to combine a comprehensive prevention and control technology.
