机关事业单位进行人力资源管理与绩效考核是为了确保各级干部能够明确自己的目标和方向,提高机关干部的工作积极性和为民服务的热情,并通过过程的监督,有效地达成社会目标。但是现在越来越多的事业单位都将这一工作当作是一种形式而不认真去执行。在群众工作压力如此艰巨的现在,必须将这一工作列入首位,所以如何高效进行人力资源管理与绩效考核是事业单位目前的当务之急。
The human resources management and performance appraisal conducted by government agencies and public institutions is to ensure that cadres at all levels can clearly define their own goals and direction, enhance their enthusiasm for work and the enthusiasm of serving the people, and effectively achieve the social goals through the supervision of the process.
