为了解二代褐飞虱对粳稻的危害损失,确定合理的防治指标和防治策略,在武育粳3号上接种不同的虫量,进行笼罩试验。结果表明,不同水稻生育期,不同虫口密度的褐飞虱,其增长速度不同;在水稻同一生育期,总虫量高密度区显著高于低密度区,增殖速度低密度区大于高密度区。二代褐飞虱虫量与水稻产量损失呈极显著正相关(r=0.9576**),防治指标为百丛虫量110~120头。在发生早、迁入量较大的年份,在防治策略上,必须在二代根据防治指标喷洒药剂压低三代虫量,控制四代危害。
In order to understand the harm loss of Nilaparvata lugens (Nilaparvata lugens) to japonica rice and determine reasonable control index and control strategy, different insect populations were inoculated on Wuyujing 3 to conduct shrouding test. The results showed that the rate of growth of N. lugens at different rice growth stages and different population density was different. At the same growth stage of rice, the total insect population was significantly higher in the high density area than in the low density area, and the proliferation rate was higher in the low density area than in the high density area. There was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.9576 **) between the second generation N. lugens population and rice yield loss, and the control index was 110-120. In the early occurrence and the large amount of moving in the year, in the prevention and control strategy, it is imperative that pesticides should be sprayed on the second generation to control three generations of insects according to the prevention and control index to control the harm of the fourth generation.
