青海民院大学英语教学存在着一定的特殊性。由于其所针对的学生的英语水平有很大差异，教学不能按统一的全国教学模式进行。因此，为有效地进行英语教学，我们做了一次有系统的词汇量调查。据此，提出了改革民院大学英语教学的几点设想。
Qinghai private college college English teaching there is a certain degree of particularity. Due to the large differences in the English proficiency of the students they target, teaching can not be conducted in a unified national teaching model. Therefore, we conducted a systematic vocabulary survey to effectively teach English. Based on this, some suggestions on how to reform the teaching of English in civilian-controlled college are put forward.
