为利于加工双头蜗杆的需要,制造并采用了加工双头蜗杆的分头器(图1)。转芯5具有花键孔,安装在车床配换齿轮的主动轴上。外壳7空套在转芯5上。外壳7的外缘做成齿轮,外壳7上固定有两个定位块12。当主动轴转动时,通过花键带动转芯5转动,于是拨爪9拨动定位块12,定位块12带动外壳7转动。外壳7再通过外缘上的齿和其他的挂轮(其他挂轮见图3)把运动传递给进刀箱,最后传给丝杠。
In order to facilitate the processing needs of double-headed worm, made and used to manufacture double-headed worm splitter (Figure 1). The rotor core 5 has a spline hole, which is installed on the drive shaft of the lathe. The shell 7 is loosely sleeved on the rotating core 5. The outer rim of the outer shell 7 is made into a gear, and two positioning blocks 12 are fixed on the outer shell 7. When the driving shaft rotates, the rotating core 5 is rotated by the spline, so the dial 9 pushes the positioning block 12, and the positioning block 12 drives the rotation of the housing 7. Shell 7 and then through the outer edge of the gear and other hanging wheel (other hanging wheel see Figure 3) to pass the movement into the feed box, and finally passed to the screw.
