以60Coγ为辐射源,在氮气保护及甲醇溶液中对海藻酸钠/钠化累托石(SA/Na+REC)复合物和丙烯酸(AA)进行共辐射制备海藻酸钠/钠化累托石接枝聚丙烯酸共聚物(SA/Na+REC-g-PAA)。考察了原料配比及辐射条件对产品接枝性及吸水性的影响并研究了产品耐盐性能,利用IR、SEM、XRD对产品结构进行分析。结果表明,当单体与SA/Na+REC质量配比为8,辐射总剂量为9.0kGy,甲醇与水的体积比为8∶2时,产品接枝性最好、吸水率最高,其接枝率、接枝效率及吸水率分别为130.8%、82.4%、799g/g,且辐射引发较化学引发得到的产品具有更优异的吸水性及耐盐性。
The sodium alginate / sodium rectorite was prepared by co-irradiation of sodium alginate / sodium rectorite (SA / Na + REC) and acrylic acid (AA) with 60Coγ as radiation source Grafted polyacrylic acid copolymer (SA / Na + REC-g-PAA). The effect of raw material ratio and irradiation conditions on the grafting and water absorption of the product were investigated. The salt tolerance of the product was also studied. The product structure was analyzed by IR, SEM and XRD. The results showed that when the mass ratio of monomer to SA / Na + REC was 8, the total radiation dose was 9.0kGy and the volume ratio of methanol to water was 8: 2, the product had the best grafting property and the highest water absorption. The branch rate, grafting efficiency and water absorption were 130.8%, 82.4% and 799 g / g, respectively. The radiation-induced products had more excellent water absorption and salt tolerance than those obtained by chemical initiation.
