员工职位的提升能够有效的激发员工的工作积极性,同时也是选拔人才的有效手段,其程序和结果的公正性能增加员工的职业满意度。本文通过对职务晋升公正性内涵的阐述,引出人力资源管理中公正的重要意义,并探讨职务晋升程序公正性的五大原则和注意事项。
The promotion of employee positions can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, but also an effective means of selecting qualified personnel. The impartial performance of their procedures and results can increase their job satisfaction. Through expatiating on the connotation of impartial promotion, this paper leads to the fair and important significance of human resources management and discusses the five principles and precautions of the impartiality of job promotion.
