;本单位输油站采用的是SCADA控制系统,主要通过现场数据采集、参数调节以实现对现场设备的监视和控制。其压力控制方案是基于此系统的PID控制,此控制方案的缺点表现为两方面:一是影响泄漏检测系统的泄漏判断;二是造成电动阀频繁动作导致机械磨损。文章设计了“死区”PID控制方案并运用Control Builder F软件编写了控制程序,解决了因PID不断调节带来的部分问题。
; The SCADA control system is adopted by the unit’s gas station, mainly through on-site data collection and parameter adjustment to monitor and control on-site equipment. The pressure control scheme is based on this system of PID control, the shortcomings of this control scheme manifested in two aspects: First, the impact of leakage detection system to determine the leakage; the second is caused by the frequent movement of electric valves lead to mechanical wear and tear. The paper designs a “dead zone” PID control scheme and uses Control Builder F software to write a control program to solve some of the problems caused by constant PID regulation.
