基于在聚乙烯醇存在下[Tel_8]~(4-)络阴离子与罗丹明B形成离子缔合络合物,发展了1个高灵敏分光光度测定碲的方法。显色反应的适宜介质是0.64~1.28mol/L的磷酸溶液。用平衡移动法和连续变化法确定离子缔合物的组成是(RhB)_4·[TeI_8]。此反应具有非常高的灵敏度,摩尔吸光系数ε_(600)=1.65×10~6 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。方法有较好的选择性,可用于钢铁、硫磺及某些其它样品中痕量碲的分光光度测定。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of tellurium has been developed based on the formation of ion-association complexes of [Tel_8] ~ (4-) anions with rhodamine B in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol. The suitable medium for color reaction is 0.64 ~ 1.28mol / L phosphoric acid solution. The composition of the ion-association complex was determined by the equilibrium shift method and the continuous variation method as (RhB) _4 · [TeI_8]. The reaction has a very high sensitivity. The molar extinction coefficient ε 600 is 1.65 × 10 -6 L · mol -1 cm -1. The method has good selectivity and can be used for the spectrophotometric determination of trace tellurium in steel, sulfur and some other samples.
