采用PPS法,抽取全区30个县(市)1200户居民食用盐进行碘含量测定。结果含碘范围0~182mg/kg;盐碘均数40.7mg/kg;居民碘盐合格率(≥20mg/kg)为90.1%。其中精制盐(外省产地加碘)碘含量均数为40.8mg/kg,合格率为91.3%;粗盐(广西自行加碘)含碘量均数为40.1mg/kg,合格率为85.5%。结果表明:①精盐合格率比粗盐合格率高(P<0.05);②与1995年笔者调查结果(居民碘盐合格率43.4%)相比,1997年居民碘盐合格有显著提高;③按每人每日食用盐量10~15g推算,我区居民可从盐中摄碘200~350μg,基本满足人体对碘营养的需要。
PPS method was used to extract iodine from 1200 households in 30 counties (cities) in the whole region. Results The range of iodine content was 0 ~ 182mg / kg; the average salt iodine number was 40.7mg / kg; the qualified rate of iodized salt of residents was ≥ 90.1%. The average iodine content of refined salt (iodine from other provinces) was 40.8mg / kg, the pass rate was 91.3%; the average iodine content of crude salt (Guangxi self-iodization) was 40.1mg / kg, the pass rate 85.5%. The results showed that: (1) The eligibility rate of salt was higher than that of crude salt (P <0.05); (2) Compared with the author’s survey results in 1995 (43.4% Increase; ③ per person per day consumption of salt 10 ~ 15g projections, residents in our region can take iodine 200 ~ 350μg from salt, the basic human body to meet the needs of iodine nutrition.
