本文在研究国内外已有的车削测力仪的基础上,提出了新型立式平行八角环车削测力仪。新型车削测力仪由于采用了八角环瑞面贴应变片测横向力的新测量方案,其性能明鲜优于国内外常用的美国麻省工学院推荐的八角环式车削测力仪。经过静载和动载切削试验,证明这种新型车削测力仪有较高的刚度和灵敏度,读数稳定可靠,线性误差不超过4%,切削力作用点位置改变不影响测力结果。
In this paper, based on the existing lathe dynamometers at home and abroad, a new type of vertical parallel octagonal ring turning dynamometer is proposed. The new lathe dynamometer adopts the new measurement scheme of lateral force measured by the octagonal ring Ruian surface stick strain gauge and its performance is better than the octagonal ring turning force gauge recommended by Massachusetts Institute of Technology at home and abroad. After static and dynamic cutting tests, this new turning dynamometer has been proved to have higher stiffness and sensitivity, stable and reliable readings, linearity error less than 4%, and the change of cutting point position does not affect the force measurement results.
