以某钢厂内部污水厂为例,介绍高效沉淀池+V型滤池+多介质过滤+反渗透组合工艺处理钢厂废水的效果、工艺、设计参数、投资和运行成本。该工程处理水量为2.4×104m3/d,主要去除水中的SS、硬度及浮油。经该工艺处理后,出水可满足该钢厂的用水水质标准,这可节省钢厂的部分取水费用及排污费用,每年可为该厂节约1 750万元,同时也减少了对环境的污染。
Taking the internal wastewater treatment plant of a steel mill as an example, the effect, process, design parameters, investment and operation cost of the high efficiency sedimentation tank + V-type filter + multi-media filtration + reverse osmosis combined process are introduced. The project to deal with the amount of water 2.4 × 104m3 / d, the main removal of water SS, hardness and oil slick. After the process, the effluent can meet the water quality standards of the steel mills, which can save part of the water intake and sewage charges of the steel mills, saving 17.5 million yuan each year for the plant and also reducing the pollution to the environment.
