线性旋转变压器的结构对输出电压的线性度影响很大,为了明确线性旋转变压器结构对输出电压的线性度产生何种影响,需要对线性旋转变压器进行有限元仿真分析,并结合实际测量的结果进行仿真验证。利用Ansoft瞬态场对线性旋转变压器的不同结构进行有限元分析,并结合实际测量结果进行比较。结果表明:通过实际测量验证了仿真结果的正确性,该结论对工程实际具有一定的指导作用。
The structure of the linear resolver has a great influence on the linearity of the output voltage. To clarify the influence of the structure of the linear resolver on the linearity of the output voltage, the finite element analysis of the linear resolver needs to be carried out and combined with the actual measurement results Simulation. Ansoft transient field is used to analyze the different structures of the linear resolver and compared with the actual measurement results. The results show that the correctness of the simulation results is verified through actual measurement. This conclusion has certain guiding effect on the engineering practice.
