本文介绍了真空实型铸造的发展。铸件收缩率是影响铸件尺寸精度最重要、也是最基本的因素,在确定了主要影响因素后,采用灰铁作材料对铸件收缩率的研究作了试验,用线性回归的方法得出了公式,并对其作了修正,经修正后的公式更符合实际情况,同时还分析了误差产生的原因。本文试图对收缩率作出定量的解释,为生产提供理论依据。
This article describes the development of vacuum real casting. The shrinkage of castings is the most important and basic factor that affects the dimensional accuracy of castings. After determining the main influencing factors, the research on the shrinkage of castings is carried out by using gray iron as material, and the formula is obtained by the linear regression method. And corrected it. The revised formula is more in line with the actual situation, at the same time it also analyzes the causes of the error. This article attempts to give a quantitative explanation of the shrinkage rate and provide a theoretical basis for the production.
