新形势下少数公安干警的腐败行为严重损坏了党和政府的威信；影响和败坏了公安队伍的声誉和整体形象；影响和制约了公安队伍的战斗力。针对这些危害和影响应采取相应的对策予以防治：提高公安队伍的整体素质；建立建全完善的执法监督机制；坚持从严治警，强化管理；改善执法环境和条件；保障市场经济条件下的从优待警；领导干部要做抵制腐败的表率，保证公安队伍的纯结和稳定。
Under the new situation, the corrupt behavior of a handful of public security officers and policemen seriously damaged the prestige of the party and the government; influenced and ruined the public security team’s reputation and overall image; and affected and restricted the combat effectiveness of the public security contingent. In response to these harms and impacts, corresponding measures should be taken to prevent and control them: to improve the overall quality of public security forces; to establish and perfect a law enforcement and supervision mechanism; to uphold strict control of the police and strengthen management; to improve the environment and conditions for law enforcement; and to protect the market economy Give priority to the police; leading cadres should do a good job in combating corruption and ensure the pure conclusion and stability of the public security forces.
