目的:探讨克鼻敏喷剂消肿止痒的作用机理。方法:本研究采用中药克鼻敏喷剂不同剂量及其对照药物对致敏大鼠的耳廓瘙痒和足跖肿胀进行药理实验。结果:本喷剂可缩短致敏大鼠的足跖肿胀时间,降低肿胀程度(P<0.05),自第3小时后肿胀率消退显著(P<0.01),大剂量组差异更大。本品对致敏大鼠的耳廓的致痒潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01),而痒续时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:该喷剂对鼻粘膜局部麻醉、镇痛、抗组胺性等,是抑制了血管扩张、液体外渗,降低了对异体蛋白的敏感性,消肿止痒。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Kebimin spray swelling and itching. Methods: Pharmacological experiments were conducted on the prickles and paw edema on the auricles of sensitized rats with different doses of Kebimin Spray and its reference drug. Results: The spray can shorten the time of paw edema and reduce the degree of swelling (P <0.05) in sensitized rats. The swelling rate of the sensitized rats receded significantly after 3 hours (P <0.01) Big. This product sensitized rat auricle pruritus latency was significantly prolonged (P <0.01), while the duration of itching was significantly shorter (P <0.01). Conclusion: The spray of nasal mucosa local anesthesia, analgesic, antihistamine, etc., is the inhibition of vasodilation, fluid extravasation, reducing the sensitivity of foreign protein, swelling and itching.
