人力资源系统柔性不同于一般的多目标对象,由于其特有的复杂性,对其定量决策分析一直没有很好的教学模型可以参考;本文根据管理熵理论,从人力资源系统的层次柔性、跨度柔性、环境适应柔性等方面给出了一个量化决策的模型并结合矩阵结构和项目结构的房地产企业进行了探讨和分析,对管理学、人力资源管理等课程的量化教学和组织人力资源柔性决策有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
