管理心理学认为:正确、合理的“目标方向”是激发人们积极性,提高工作效率的最基本、最重要的因素之一。“高考”是学生、教师、家长和社会所共同瞩目的问题,是人们衡量一个学生学得好坏、一个教师教得好坏、一个学校办得好坏的尺度。这种自觉不自觉形成的社会心理状态在左右胁迫着学校教育。“考中深造”就必然成为学生的“目标方向”,成为教师、家长激发学生积极性的“法宝”。然而,农村中学的教学实践告诉我们,这个“目标方向”并不属于所有学生,这个“法宝”对比例不小的一部分学生并不灵验。我曾对县二中八四级高中生作过测验,其测验结果让人深思。全级79名同学,对高考有信心的4人;抱着试一试心理的11人:想高考但深信自己考不上的48
Management psychology believes that a correct and reasonable “target orientation” is one of the most basic and most important factors that motivate people and increase work efficiency. The “college entrance examination” is a common concern among students, teachers, parents, and society. It is a measure of how well a student learns, how well a teacher teaches, and how well a school is doing well. This consciously and unconsciously formed social psychology threatens school education. “Study for further studies” will inevitably become a student’s “target orientation” and become a “magic weapon” for teachers and parents to stimulate students’ enthusiasm. However, the practice of teaching in rural middle schools tells us that this “direction of direction” does not belong to all students, and that this “magic weapon” does not have a good effect on a small proportion of students.
