Located in the village of Presteid in Hamary, the center set up to honor Hamson is located in the heart of the Arctic Circle, close to the farm where the family grew up. This 2508.38m2 (27,000-square-foot) center includes an exhibition area, a library and reading room, a café and an auditorium for museums and the community.
