跨入二十一世纪以来,国际、国内经济形势发生了一系列重大变化,这些变化引起了我对中国企业“走出去”问题,即对外直接投资问题的思考。论文首先通过对“走出去”的背景和存在问题的分析,认为中国具有一定竞争优势的企业“走出去”不仅必要,而且可行。接着在如何“走出去”的过程中,除了需要企业自身的努力外,还离不开政府的扶持。最后对于“走出去”过程中遇到的各种风险也从不同的角度进行了阐述。克服障碍和困难,越来越多的中国企业通过实施“走出去”战略,发展壮大成世界级跨国公司,从理论走向实际。 Since the beginning of the 21st century, a series of major changes have taken place in the international and domestic economic situations. These changes have caused me to think about the issue of Chinese enterprises going “out”, that is, the issue of foreign direct investment. First of all, through the analysis of the background and existing problems of “Going Global ”, the paper thinks that enterprises with certain competitive advantages in China “going out ” are not only necessary but also feasible. Then in the process of how “going out ”, in addition to the efforts of enterprises themselves, but also inseparable from the government support. Finally, the various risks encountered in the “going out” process are also expounded from different perspectives. To overcome obstacles and difficulties, more and more Chinese enterprises have developed and become world-class transnational corporations through the implementation of the strategy of “going out”, from theory to practice.
