胡敏酸(HA)和富里酸(FA)能明显促进小麦生长,这主要是HA、FA分子的直接作用所致。HA、FA提高了小麦叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积和净光合强度,有利于碳水化合物的形成和积累,使小麦生长的促进有了物质基础。HA、FA特别是HA能促进小麦根系生长发育和提高根系活力,小麦主动和被动吸收的养分大大增加。HA、FA能提高小麦根系及叶片的IAA、GA含量,HA还能提高小麦硝酸还原酶活性,促进对氮的吸收和同化,特别是能促进游离氨基酸向蛋白质转化。
Humic acid (HA) and fulvic acid (FA) can significantly promote the growth of wheat, which is mainly caused by the direct action of HA and FA molecules. HA and FA increased chlorophyll content, photosynthetic area and net photosynthetic intensity of wheat leaves, which was in favor of the formation and accumulation of carbohydrates and provided the material basis for the promotion of wheat growth. HA, FA, especially HA, can promote root growth and root activity of wheat, and the active and passive absorption of wheat greatly increased. HA and FA can increase the contents of IAA and GA in wheat roots and leaves. HA also increased the nitrate reductase activity in wheat and promoted the absorption and assimilation of nitrogen, especially the conversion of free amino acids to proteins.
