深圳市自来水集团有限公司担负着深圳特区90%的供水任务,供水能力已达167万t/d.近年来,公司设备管理工作不断开拓进取,紧密围绕成本控制的主题,一方面不断吸取传统管理经验,另一方面勇于创新,充分利用现代科学技术,逐步适应市场经济和国企改革的步伐,进行了一些探索,为企业提高经济效益作出了贡献.
