随着国家经济体制改革的深化,市场经济的全面发展,经济全球一体化趋势的发展,企业的竞争将愈来愈激烈。保持国有企业特别是老国有企业在市场经济中持续、稳定发展,一是改革不合理的管理机制,二是充分激发员工内在潜力。本文以激励理论为基础,结合柿竹园有限责任公司目前员工激励现状,认真剖析人力资源浪费与企业活力不足的原因,提出了激励方式和对策。

The state-owned enterprises, especially the old state-owned enterprises, should be maintained in a sustained and steady development in the market economy. Based on the motivation theory and the present motivation status of employees in Shizhuyuan Co., Ltd., this paper carefully analyzes the reasons for the shortage of human resources and the lack of vitality of the enterprises, and puts forward the incentive methods and countermeasures.
