以1,2-环氧丁烷为醚化剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为相转移催化剂制备羟丁基壳聚糖(HBC),加入氧化石墨烯(GO)制备复合水凝胶,探讨了不同氧化石墨烯加入量对水凝胶结构及性能的影响.采用傅立叶红外光谱、扫描电镜、流变仪对复合水凝胶进行分析,通过MTT(3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐)实验和流式细胞仪检测复合水凝胶对于牙周膜成纤维细胞的增殖和凋亡的影响.结果表明:氧化石墨烯的加入不影响羟丁基壳聚糖的温敏性,但随着氧化石墨烯加入量的增加,复合水凝胶的力学性能和稳定性呈现上升趋势,促进细胞增殖和减慢细胞凋亡的能力呈现先增加后减小趋势.
Hydroxybutyl chitosan (HBC) was prepared with 1,2-butylene oxide as etherification agent and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as phase-transfer catalyst. Graphene oxide (GO) was added to prepare composite hydrogel , The effects of different graphene oxide additions on the structure and properties of hydrogel were discussed.The complex hydrogels were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and rheometer and characterized by MTT (3- (4,5-dimethyl Yl) -2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) and the effect of composite hydrogels on the proliferation and apoptosis of periodontal ligament fibroblasts were analyzed by flow cytometry.The results showed that graphite oxide The addition of alkene did not affect the thermosensitivity of hydroxybutyl chitosan, but the mechanical properties and stability of the composite hydrogel showed an upward trend with the increase of the amount of graphene oxide, which promoted cell proliferation and decreased apoptosis The ability to show the first increase and then reduce the trend.
