目的:研究济川煎方中不同药物对模型小鼠肠蠕动的主效应作用。方法:以温肾润肠组、降浊组、升清组为考察三因素,每因素设两水平,选用3×2析因设计表,以碳末推进率、小肠含水量及排便粒数为考察指标,解析方中三大类药物对小鼠肠蠕动的主效应作用。结果:降浊组为该方对模型小鼠炭末推进率影响的主效应中药(P<0.05);温肾润肠组为该方对模型小鼠小肠含水量影响的主效应中药(P<0.01);温肾润肠组、降浊组单独用药对模型小鼠排便粒数影响不大(P>0.05);但联合用药则能显著提高模型小鼠的排便粒数(P<0.05)。结论:温肾润肠药物主要影响小肠含水量,降浊药物主要影响小肠推进率,合用能促进排便。
Objective: To study the main effect of different drugs in Jichuanchuan Decoction on intestinal peristalsis in model mice. Methods: Wenshen Runchang group, Jiangzhuo group and Shengqing group were investigated for three factors. Two factors were set for each factor. The 3 × 2 factorial design table was used. The carbon advancing rate, small intestine water content and defecation grain number were Investigate the indicators, the analysis of the three major categories of drugs on the main effect of intestinal motility in mice. Results: Jiangzhuo group was the main effect of traditional Chinese medicine (P <0.05) on the rate of charcoal propulsion in model mice, and the main effect of Wenshen Runchang group on small intestine water content in model mice (P < 0.01) .Wenshen Runchang group and Jiangzhuo group alone had little effect on the number of defecation granules in model mice (P> 0.05). However, the combined treatment could significantly increase the number of defecation granules in model mice (P <0.05). Conclusion: Wenshen Runchang drugs mainly affect the water content of small intestine, and the drugs that reduce turbidity mainly affect the small intestine propulsion rate, which can promote defecation.
