采用ＴＬＣ法对板蓝根药材中氨基酸进行了定性鉴别，并应用ＴＬＣＳ法测定了药材板蓝根中靛玉红的含量，并 用常量法对其合氮量进行了测定，结果表明药材中靛玉红含量大都在８μｇ／ｇ左右，合氮量都在０．６％以上。
The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the amino acids in Radix Isatidis and TLCS was used to determine the content of indirubin in Radix Isatidis. The amount of indirubin was determined by the constant method. The results showed that the content of indirubin in medicinal materials was mostly About 8μg/g, the amount of nitrogen is above 0.6%.
