研究了植物内源生理活性物质水杨酸和氨基酸对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV)的防治效果。叶面CMV接种后的次日,叶面分别以水杨酸、水杨酸和氨基酸混合溶液以及水杨酸和氨基酸配合微量元素进行一次叶面处理。上述药剂处理对改善烟草营养生长、提高光合作用活性有积极作用。同时提高了叶片组织中具有抗病保护功能的过氧化物酶活性,使感染CMV的烟草发病率和病情指数下降。其中氨基酸与水杨酸混合处理效果最好,一次叶面处理后CMV防治效果达50%。水杨酸对烟草病毒病(主要是TMV)防治效果已有研究,但氨基酸的病毒病防治作用尚未见报道,值得今后进一步研究。
The effects of plant endogenous physiologically active substances salicylic acid and amino acids on the cucumber mosaic virus disease (CMV) were studied. On the next day after foliar CMV inoculation, leaves were foliarly treated with salicylic acid, salicylic acid and amino acid mixed solution and salicylic acid and amino acid with trace elements respectively. The above medicament treatment has a positive effect on improving the nutrition growth of tobacco and increasing the photosynthesis activity. At the same time, the activity of peroxidase with anti-disease and protection function in leaf tissue was increased, which reduced the morbidity and disease index of tobacco infected with CMV. Among them, amino acid and salicylic acid were the best, and the control effect of CMV after one leaf treatment was up to 50%. The control effect of salicylic acid on tobacco virus disease (mainly TMV) has been studied, but the prevention and treatment effect of amino acid virus disease has not been reported yet, which is worth further study in the future.
