一、概要汽化冷却装置在冶金工厂中有着广泛的应用范围。在需要用水冷却的地方,多数可以用汽化冷却来代替。采用汽化冷却不仅能节约用水,而且还能回收大量蒸汽作为工厂生产或生活之用,并且也可以利用蒸汽进行余热发电。因此,在节约能源方面,汽化冷却确是一个良好的节能途径。在标准状况下,水汽化时每公斤所能吸收的热量约610千卡,而用水冷却时,一公斤水所带走的热量近4~20千卡。在加热炉上采用汽化冷却所需的水量,仅为水冷却的4%左右。
First, a summary of vaporization cooling plant in the metallurgical plant has a wide range of applications. Where water cooling is required, most can be replaced by evaporative cooling. Using evaporative cooling can not only save water, but also can recover a lot of steam for the factory production or life, and can also use steam for waste heat power generation. Therefore, in terms of energy conservation, vaporization cooling is indeed a good way to save energy. Under standard conditions, the amount of heat absorbed per kilogram of water when vaporized is about 610 kcal. When cooled with water, the heat carried by one kilogram of water is nearly 4 to 20 kcal. The amount of water required for vaporization cooling on the furnace is only about 4% of the water cooled.
