油气输送界面必须投放隔离器,隔离效果取决于隔离器的优劣和对它恰当的运行控制。理论分析和研究表明,隔离器对管壁总压力、管壁接触宽度、运行阻力是决定隔离器结构的三要素。文中提出了隔离器优化设计方法,确定了其最优结构。依据理论研究和大量试验与改进,研究出全柔性多刮盘组装式隔离清管器,并对其性能特点进行了详细描述。
Oil and gas transport interface must put isolators, the isolation effect depends on the advantages and disadvantages of the isolator and its proper operational control. Theoretical analysis and research show that the total pressure on the pipe wall, the contact width of the pipe wall, running resistance is to determine the structure of the three elements of the isolator. In this paper, the isolator optimization design method is proposed, and its optimal structure is determined. According to the theoretical research and a large number of experiments and improvements, the fully flexible multi-scraper disc-mounted isolation pig was developed and its performance characteristics were described in detail.
