目的:建立新疆和田菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚的测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPL C)法对新疆和田菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚进行定量测定。结果:和田菟丝子中槲皮素的含量为 2 2 .17m g/ g,山萘酚的含量为 2 2 .17mg/ g ;平均回收率槲皮素为 96 .5 % ,山萘酚为 96 .2 % ;RSD:槲皮素 2 .8% ,山萘酚 2 .11% (n =5 )。结论 :HPL C法适用于新疆和田菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚的含量测定 ,为维医药材质量评价提供了科学依据
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Cuscuta chinensis in Xinjiang. Methods : Quantitative determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Cuscuta chinensis was conducted by HPLC with HPL C method. RESULTS: The content of quercetin was 2 2 17 mg/g, the content of kaempferol was 2 2 17 mg/g, the average recovery rate of quercetin was 96.5 %, kaempferol was 96. 2%; RSD: quercetin 2.8%, kaempferol 2.11% (n = 5). Conclusion :HPL C method is suitable for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Xinjiang Dodder. It provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Uygur medicine.
