采用G显带技术对42例急性白血病进行了染色体检查。22例(54.4％)的核型完全正常;11例(26.2％)核型完全异常;9例(21.4％)既有正常又有异常核型。文中分别描述了不同类型急性白血病的染色体改变。
42 cases of acute leukemia were examined by G-banding. Karyotypes were completely normal in 22 cases (54.4%); karyotypes were completely abnormal in 11 cases (26.2%); and normal and abnormal karyotypes in 9 cases (21.4%). The paper describes the different types of acute leukemia chromosome changes.
