目的探讨改良全牙列垫在第二磨牙正锁矫治中的应用。方法选择2005年5月至2009年12月在中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的伴有第二恒磨牙正锁的错畸形患者21例,采用改良全牙列垫矫治第二磨牙正锁并观察效果。结果 21例患者第二磨牙的正锁关系均得到纠正,矫治时间2.5～4.5个月,平均3.3个月。结论对于第二磨牙正锁,尤其是锁较严重的患者,采用改良全牙列垫进行矫治是一种值得推广的好方法。
Objective To explore the application of modified all-dentition pad in orthodontic treatment of second molars. Methods From May 2005 to December 2009, 21 cases of malocclusion patients with the second permanent molars undergoing orthopedic treatment at Department of Orthodontics, China Medical University were treated with modified total dentition replacement Molar teeth are locked and observe the effect. Results The positive locking relationship of the second molars in 21 patients was corrected. The correction time ranged from 2.5 to 4.5 months (average 3.3 months). Conclusion For the second molars are locked, especially in patients with more severe lock, the use of modified all-dentition pad for correction is a good way to promote.
