目的:观察地塞米松注射液球后注射联合全视网膜光凝对新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法:24例(24眼)新生血管性青光眼患者分别继发于糖尿病视网膜病变(8眼)和视网膜中央静脉阻塞(16眼),给予地塞米松注射液3mg球后注射,每日一次,角膜水肿及虹膜新生血管消退后给予全视网激光光凝,观察眼压,视力,虹膜新生血管变化情况。结果:虹膜新生血管均在球后注射地塞米松3天左右纹理变细,消退,角膜水肿明显改善,立即行全视网膜光凝,24例眼眼压得到有效控制,降低小梁切除术术中及术后并发症发生。结论:地塞米松球后注射联合全视网膜光凝对治疗新生血管性青光眼手术治疗提供良好条件。
Objective: To observe the effect of dexamethasone injection combined with panretinal photocoagulation on neovascular glaucoma. Methods: 24 patients (24 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma were secondary to diabetic retinopathy (8 eyes) and central retinal vein occlusion (16 eyes). Dexamethasone injection (3 mg) Edema and iris neovascularization given retina laser photocoagulation, observed intraocular pressure, visual acuity, iris neovascularization changes. Results: After iris neovascularization, the texture of the dexamethasone was attenuated and disappeared after 3 days of retrobulbar injection. The corneal edema was improved obviously. The whole retina was photocoagulated immediately. The intraocular pressure was effectively controlled in 24 cases and the trabeculectomy was reduced And postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion: Dexamethasone retrobulbar injection combined with panretinal photocoagulation provides favorable conditions for surgical treatment of neovascular glaucoma.
