目的通过免疫组化方法检测喉鳞癌组织中三种膜型基质金属蛋白酶MT1、2和3-MMP的表达情况,分析并总结其在喉癌浸润与转移过程中发挥的作用及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法对60例喉癌与癌旁非癌组织中MTl、2和3-MMP蛋白的表达情况进行检测,分析其表达情况与喉癌临床病理特征间相关性。结果全部60例患者喉癌组织中MT1、2和3-MMP的蛋白表达水平显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01)。结论膜型基质金属蛋白酶MTl、2和3-MMP在喉鳞癌浸润与转移过程中发挥重要作用,是判断喉癌浸润与转移的重要标志性特征。
Objective To detect the expression of three membrane-type matrix metalloproteinase (MT1, 2 and 3-MMP) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry and to analyze and summarize their roles in invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of MT1, 2 and 3-MMP protein in 60 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous tissues. The correlation between the expression of these proteins and clinicopathological features of laryngeal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The protein expressions of MT1, 2 and 3-MMP in laryngeal carcinoma were significantly higher in all 60 patients than in the adjacent normal tissues (P <0.01). Conclusion Membrane-type matrix metalloproteinases MT1, 2 and 3-MMP play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and are important hallmarks of lymph node metastasis.
