目的:制订黄芪生脉颗粒中黄芪甲甙含量测定方法。方法:双波长薄层扫描法,经乙醚洗涤、正丁醇提取和D101大孔吸附树脂柱层析法制备样品,以氯仿-甲醇-水(13:7:2)下层液为展开剂,检测波长为510nm,参比波长为700nm。结果:加标回收率平均为98.7%(RSD=2.0%,n=6),标准曲线r=0.9966,重复性RSD=1.4%(n=5),精密度RSD=2.0%(n=6)。结论:方法稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside IV in Huangqi Shengmai Granules. Methods: Samples were prepared by two-wavelength thin-layer scanning method with ethyl ether washing, n-butanol extraction and D101 macroporous resin column chromatography. The chloroform-methanol-water (13:7:2) lower layer solution was used as the developing agent. The wavelength is 510 nm and the reference wavelength is 700 nm. RESULTS: The average recovery of spiked samples was 98.7% (RSD=2.0%, n=6), the standard curve was r=0.9966, RSD was reproducible was 1.4% (n=5), and the precision RSD was 2.0% (n=6). . Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable and can be used as one of the quality control methods of the preparation.
