目的了解深圳市外来女劳务工心理健康状况及影响因素,为在深圳市开展有针对性的外来女劳务工心理保健服务提供依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对来自2个社区的1681名女性外来劳务工进行问卷调查。结果深圳市外来女性劳务工在SCL-90各因子的均分都显著高于国内女性常模(P<0.05),抑郁及焦虑是深圳市外来女性劳务工最严重的心理问题,其平均得分显著高于国内女性常模(t=17.88,37.12;P<0.05);不同年龄组的调查对象在SCL-90各因子的均分有差异;深圳市外来女性劳务工的心理健康状况与社会支持呈负相关。结论在对外来女劳务工进行心理健康干预时,应以预防或改善其抑郁或焦虑为重点,同时结合不同年龄段妇女的生理特点,对外来女性劳务工普及相应的心理保健知识及提供相应的主观或客观的社会支持。
Objective To understand the mental health of migrant women workers in Shenzhen and its influencing factors, and to provide a basis for carrying out the targeted mental health care services for migrant women workers in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 1681 female migrant workers from two communities were surveyed using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results The average scores of SCL-90 among foreign workers in Shenzhen were significantly higher than that of domestic norm (P <0.05). Depression and anxiety were the most serious psychological problems among migrant women workers in Shenzhen. The average score was significantly (T = 17.88, 37.12; P <0.05). The average scores of SCL-90 in different age groups were different. The mental health status and social support of migrant women workers in Shenzhen Negative correlation. Conclusions In the mental health intervention of migrant women workers, we should focus on the prevention or improvement of their depression or anxiety. At the same time, combining with the physiological characteristics of women of different ages, we should popularize corresponding mental health care knowledge and provide corresponding Subjective or objective social support.
