以离子液体[Bmim]BF4为溶剂,以6-氯嘌呤类物质和氟化钾为原料合成了6种6-氟嘌呤类物质,微波可以将反应时间从几十个小时缩短至10min,收率高,后处理简便。探讨了反应条件对反应的影响。产物结构经1HNMR和13CNMR确认。
Six kinds of 6-fluoropurines were synthesized from 6-chloropurine and potassium fluoride using ionic liquid [Bmim] BF4 as solvent. The microwave can shorten the reaction time from tens of hours to 10 minutes. The yield High, post-processing simple. The effects of reaction conditions on the reaction were discussed. The product structure was confirmed by 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
